Minute 1: Arrive
Sit comfortably and let your shoulders relax. Take three natural breaths. Activate your tuning fork and listen as the tone fades.
Just listen.
Minute 2: Listen
Activate the fork again. Give the sound your full attention. Notice the beginning, how it changes, and when it disappears.
Sound → fading sound → silence.
Minute 3: Sound + Breath
Activate the fork again. As you listen, become aware of your natural breathing. There’s no need to synchronize.
The tone is there. Your breath is there. And you’re here.
Minute 4: Discover the Silence
Activate the fork and follow the tone until it disappears. Don’t immediately activate it again. Pause. Listen to what remains.
The silence after the sound is part of the experience.
Minute 5: Return
Activate the fork one final time. Let the sound disappear naturally. Sit quietly for a few breaths. Then ask yourself: “What do I notice now?”
Whatever you notice is okay.
You don’t have to make anything happen. Just give yourself a few minutes.
