The Nerve Fork AKA Bone Fork is 50 Hz in frequency. This is a weighted fork also known as Osteophonic or Otto for short.
This fork can be used in a variety of ways. As the name suggests, it is good for calming nerves. It can also be used to reduce chronic or acute pain such as pulled or strained muscles, muscle cramps and spasms, and even releasing knotted muscles. It can also help to increase bone density while mending broken bones. Because of its healing attributes, it is a favorite for both massage therapists and body workers.
This Fork spikes Nitric Oxide which relaxes the tissues and takes away inflammation. It also brings the Nerves into their healthy range. Pain comes from the chemicals in our nerve endings. When we are in a lot of pain those frequencies will escalate to a higher frequency. As this fork not only spikes the nitric oxide but also helps the nerves come back within their healthy range, it is our favorite fork for pain.
Many have reported that this fork works well to reduce tension and migraine headaches.

Application:
This fork can be used directly on an area by activating the fork and placing the stem on the effected area. This should be done 2-3 times in a circumference of 3 inches. Wait at least 6 minutes if wanting to do more in that area. This fork can also be used on acupressure points in the same manner. A medium pressure should be used 2-3 times for at least 20 seconds each time.
This fork is also known as the bone fork by some as can help to increase bone density.
Comes with a pouch.

I have a medical condition that yields pretty much constant headaches and many very severe headaches, and it also limits mobility enough that I'm quite concerned about bone density. Additionally, I have a connective tissue disorder, so any Hz that are supposed to aid connective tissue are welcome on my body. So this fork sounded like a shoe-in. It's in the 25-50Hz bone density range and is purported to be good for headaches. I am glad that I purchased it. I'm also glad that I purchased the Gamma fork to go with it. They are both in the osteoblast-conducive range and complement each other nicely--both for a binaural experience or for keeping an energy flow between treatment spots. Also, low notes are more likely to be tolerable during head congestion than high ones. And both are within the Gamma brainwave range, which can be a nice experience in the mornings. However, the Nerve fork does not take the edge off my headaches. Maybe it's usefulness depends on the type of headache at hand. That said, I think maybe the frequency of the severe headaches has reduced slightly since I started using these. That would be a wonderful outcome if the causality is true, although I don't know how realistic it is to keep up my rather heavy tuning fork regimen with these bone conductors when it's not a clear hallelujah. It's been a lot of time and effort to give them a solid trial. One tip--if your hand is cramping badly from holding the tuning forks, wrap your hand around a jade bowl, and take a 136.1 or a 128 Hz fork to the bowl for a general treatment.
Prompt service and quality product
I am using the nerve tuning fork daily and find it reduces my nerve pain in my back and legs. I have had nerve pain for 8 years and this fork helps me relax significantly.
I recommend this tuning fork.
I’m enjoying learning how to use this fork. Thank you you for the Information that led to this purchase.
