SozoSoundz, by popular demand, now offers the 111 Hz weighted tuning forks. For years we have noticed that this frequency thru Binaural tuning is found three times in the Solfeggio set of 6 and six times in the Solfeggio set of 9. While we have felt the effects we haven't always known the power of this frequency has had on its own. We have discovered many benefits of this frequency in the last several years.
The 111 Hz frequency is related with the production of endorphins and known to aid in cell rejuvenation and regeneration. Endorphins elevates our mood, gives us a feeling of happiness and joy, increases empathy and improves our focus and memory.
MRI scans show that the brain switches off the prefrontal cortex and deactivates the language center that is responsible for holistic processing, creativity, intuition, and inducing a phase at exactly 111 hz. This reaction results in a divine level of meditation, the trance that some believe allows you to get connected with our creator.
Many will use this fork also with the 110 Hz stomach fork for sound facials.
Benefits:
- Pain relief
- Increased empathy
- Improved memory
- Cell regeneration
- Endorphin production
- Mood elevation

I'm going to be honest, of all the forks that I have purchased from SozoSoundx (11 unweighted forks, 5 weighted forks), this is the fork whose investment I most doubt. I had noticed that I was really drawn to all of the 111 combinations in the Solfeggio set and so thought this would be a shoe-in to provide the same resonance and, once I got that set, to use to augment the set. But it's not felt like that at all to me. When I tested frequencies, I discovered why--although I can sometimes (but not on every strike) get it to ever so briefly register a 111.2 or 111.4 Hz tone (so it is accurate), the vast majority of the time the vast majority of tones that come from it are between 23 -59 Hz. Somehow it doesn't really carry that 111. I know the bone conductive forks end up with more undertones, but this still surprises me. Played with the solfeggio forks that have the 111 difference, it seems super discordant immediately, not pleasant at all. I like the deep green pouch it came in, and I like the idea of it. I pull it out on occasion. But I just haven't found a real resonant use for it, and it doesn't seem to be that powerful on the body either. I wish I'd gotten the sale 174 instead or skipped this one altogether. So very sorry to say that!
it is very nice, just as described.
